Dana is a Solicitor in Lane Neave’s Corporate team based in the Christchurch office.
She assists the team on a range of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, and transactional work.
Dana brings a strong commercial understanding to her work, drawing on accounting experience in a range of industries. Her financial background, combined with her strong attention to detail and analytical skills, allows her to apply sound judgement across diverse issues.
She values clear communication and collaboration, supporting the team in delivering advice that meets each client’s needs. She enjoys problem solving and is especially interested in matters that involve complex financial and operational issues.
Outside of work, Dana enjoys playing tennis and exploring the arts. She is also a friend of the Christchurch Art Gallery.
