Simon's legal expertise lies within the areas of civil and commercial litigation, marriage dissolution, relationship property disputes, estate disputes and in the advocacy of all matters coming before the courts.

Simon has an impressive breadth of court experience having represented his clients in the Court of Appeal, the High Court, the District Court as well as in the Family and Employment Courts and in addition he has represented clients before the Liquor Licensing Authority.  

Simon is a confident communicator and skilled negotiator, often employing alternative solutions to achieve satisfactory conclusions.  He believes in client advocacy and seeks to resolve disputes before Court action is necessary.
