We are pleased to announce Paula Nicolaou has been promoted to partner. Paula specialises in front end Building and Construction Law and has extensive experience in this area in both vertical construction and horizontal infrastructure across a range of areas including health, education, roading, rail, water, aviation, public amenities, institutional facilities and private developments. She has acted for a wide range of clients including Government, Local Authorities, statutory entities, universities, corporate entities, trusts and private investors.
Paula takes the lead legal role on large and complex projects for a variety of our clients. She has also practised as an in house legal counsel in a property development/investment firm and this coupled with Paula’s private practice experience enables her to provide professional, commercial and pragmatic advice.
