Hayden is a Senior Solicitor in our Auckland office. He specialises in disputes with a special interest in alternative disputes resolution. He is a member of the Arbitrators’ and Mediators’ Institute of New Zealand.
Hayden assists the team with all aspects of dispute resolution and litigation, including providing initial advice on the best method of dispute resolution, drafting, legal research and client management.
Hayden has assisted with arbitrations, mediations, adjudications and proceedings in the tenancy tribunal, District Court, High Court and Court of Appeal.
