Matthew is a Solicitor in the Corporate Law team at Lane Neave’s Auckland office.
He advises clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate advisory and governance, and contract law.
Before joining Lane Neave, Matthew gained broad experience across different areas of law. He worked in tax advisory at a big-four accounting firm, clerked at a boutique employment law firm, and tutored law courses at the University of Auckland.
Matthew enjoys helping clients navigate the complexities of commercial transactions, providing clear, practical advice tailored to their business needs.
