Julia is a specialist immigration lawyer with experience in New Zealand, Australia and Europe.
She has practiced extensively in immigration law, including a period working for a leading immigration and refugee law firm in the UK and in the area of policy and law reform in Australia. During her career, Julia has gained extensive experience preparing complex appeals, instructing prominent human rights law barristers and working with a politically-exposed person client base.
In her current role, Julia advises individuals and employers on a broad range of visa applications, as well as special direction requests to the Minister, appeals and formal complaints.
Julia excels at providing sound strategic and pragmatic advice on a wide range immigration-related matters.
Julia has also worked with refugee communities in Australia and New Zealand, including unaccompanied minors in detention and school-aged refugees.
