Rebecca is based in our Queenstown office and specialises in resource management, environmental and conservation law.
Rebecca’s broad experience includes advising and representing clients in respect of designations, statutory plan preparation and private plan changes, resource consents, and on multiple and diverse issues arising under the Resource Management Act. Rebecca also advises on local government issues and has a growing practice in conservation law, including statutory plan formulation and concession work, which is well suited to her Queenstown location.
Rebecca’s clients include local and airport authorities, tourism entities, private developers and individuals.
Rebecca enjoys both working individually with clients, and leading or being part of a multi disciplinary team associated with larger projects. She is committed to delivering thorough, well considered and timely advice in a manner that is easily digested and readily understood.
