Samantha is an experienced senior solicitor working across Lane Neave’s resource management and family law teams.
Samantha’s resource management expertise includes providing advice on resource consent applications, earthquake recovery issues, plan reviews, prosecution proceedings and local government law. Samantha also has a wealth of knowledge on court processes and procedures having worked at the Environment Court as graduate legal and research officer to the Auckland based Judges and Commissioners.
Samantha enjoys working collaboratively with her clients through the complex planning framework to achieve both practical and strategic solutions. Samantha has acted for a range of clients including local authorities, large scale developers and private individuals.
In the area of family law, Samantha advises on separation and divorce, relationship property and parenting matters. She makes an effort to understand individual circumstances to help guide and support her clients through what are often challenging and sensitive circumstances.
