Fifty Shades of Green (List): immigration routes get a massive shakeup

Free seminars in Auckland, Christchurch & Wellington – June/July 2023

Hot off the press are some pretty significant changes to New Zealand’s immigration “Green List”.

They mainly affect transport and construction, but also education and health. Bus and truck drivers, ferry deck crew and skippers, building supervisors and crane operators now all have a two year ‘pathway to residence’. Added to this are the myriad of other Green List roles, all with their own requirements. With all Green List roles, the devil is in the detail.

Join Lane Neave’s immigration experts for an information session for employers and HR managers. We will discuss all you need to know about the new policy, including possible pitfalls and what you need to get sorted before you start looking abroad.

We will hold a number of in-person seminars around New Zealand, with further sessions to follow on other significant immigration changes (of which there are many!)
