Lane Neave’s Projects and Infrastructure Group is a specialist and integrated group of lawyers from our Commercial Property, Finance, Building and Construction and Resource Management teams.
Projects present complex challenges requiring input across our specialist legal teams. The nature of our multi-disciplinary approach means that you will receive the benefit of a diverse and experienced knowledge base that are integrated and experienced in large scale projects.
We regularly to provide ‘end to end’ advice including risk analysis, procurement delivery methods, land acquisition and tenure, equity and debt finance, resource consenting and planning, and contract documentation.
Our regular leadership on complex strategic procurement, construction and resource consenting of projects throughout New Zealand means that we are able to respond and navigate clients through the life of a project.
Our client base consists of large-scale development firms, universities, airports, local authorities, Rūnanga and multi-national resource companies, meaning we have a developed nationwide network with experience across the life-cycle of major infrastructure, commercial and residential projects from a variety of perspectives.
We have the internal as well as external capabilities to provide expert advice in all aspects of projects and infrastructure including the following sectors:
