Our team members appear in Courts at all levels as well as specialist tribunals. We also regularly act in mediations and arbitrations when the dynamics of the dispute require an approach that does not involve issuing public Court proceedings.

We are used to acting on complex commercial litigation across a variety of industry sectors including commercial property, agribusiness, banking and finance, insolvency, insurance, and primary resources. Our team members have also acted on a number of highly contentious and novel legal disputes arising out of the Canterbury Earthquakes.

The team regularly works with Mandarin and Cantonese fluent colleagues to represent Chinese clients in New Zealand corporate and property disputes.
