Amelia Simpson

Amelia has extensive experience in commercial and property law.

Her specialist expertise is in complex property transactions, particularly large subdivisions – from the initial planning stages including financing, to the issue of titles and subsequent sales. She undertakes a wide range of land and building transactions for both commercial and private clients.

Amelia is also experienced in all aspects of general commercial law, including structuring business entities, business sales and purchases, financing (acting for both lenders and borrowers), manufacturing and distribution agreements, and business and trade contracts.

Amelia was granted a Notary Public Faculty in 2017 and assists notarial applicants by verifying identity and witnessing documentation for use in overseas jurisdictions. Amelia is a member of the New Zealand Society of Notaries and a Fellow of the Australian and New Zealand College of Notaries.
