Hayley is a resource management and project lawyer experienced in acting for developers and local government clients. Hayley has extensive experience in relation to resource consenting, designations, plan changes, plan reviews and appeals arsing out of those processes.
Hayley also regularly undertakes due diligence for property purchases. Prior to joining Lane Neave, Hayley has worked in property and resource management law in Queenstown and public-sector roles in London. Hayley is also an experienced town planning consultant and is an Intermediate Member of the New Zealand Planning Institute and working towards her full membership.
