He has particular interest in regulatory matters and has acted for a number of commercial parties dealing with regulatory investigations and enforcement actions. Jono has experience dealing with a variety of regulators throughout New Zealand including the Real Estate Authority, WorkSafe, the FMA and IRD.
He has appeared in the High Court and District Court and is well-versed in alternative dispute resolution, having assisted numerous clients with mediations, facilitated negotiations, and arbitrations.
