Kate is a Solicitor in Lane Neave’s Commercial Property team in Auckland.
She began her legal career as a Law Clerk to a King’s Counsel specialising in family law, before moving into private practice at a smaller general practice firm. There, she gained experience across property, trusts, wills and estates.
Before pursuing law, Kate spent several years in marketing and editorial roles. Her background outside the legal profession brings a commercially aware and people-focused perspective to her work, together with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Kate enjoys working through complex issues and delivering practical solutions in a clear and approachable way.
