Andrew is Lane Neave’s managing partner and also leads the employment relations team. He is a specialist employment and health & safety lawyer, with significant experience in providing advice and representation in these areas.
Andrew’s experience in employment law ranges from specialist document drafting, change management, advice in discipline and dismissal processes, advice on post employment obligations to representation in Mediations and Authority/Court proceedings.
In health & safety, Andrew was co-counsel in New Zealand’s first defended health and safety case under the Health and Safety in Employment Act 1992. Since then he has advised and represented numerous companies on health and safety matters throughout New Zealand.
His client list includes state sector organisations, regional and local authorities, multi-national companies and SMEs across a wide range of industry sectors.
