Lane Neave has been re-appointed as a panel member in the All of Government (AoG) for the provision of external legal services.
This is the firm’s second term, having been one of the inaugural panel providers from 2011.
The AoG solution has been created by MBIE with the aim of making the procurement of services easier for Government entities, promoting quality, achieving productivity gains and improving competition.
The competitive MBIE process resulted in a rationalisation of the number of firms approved to provide legal advice to participating Government agencies.
Lane Neave Managing Partner, Andrew Shaw, said the appointment to the AoG reinforces the firm’s capability to deliver high quality legal services in both the private and public sector.
“Lane Neave is proud to offer legal support and solutions that deliver positive outcomes for Government agencies and the wider public sector,” said Shaw.
“Our appointment for a second term to the AoG reflects our depth of understanding and strong experience in the public sector.”
“Being a full service law firm with offices in four main centres is a huge advantage and highly valued by the Government clients we work with.”
“We are looking forward to supporting the important work undertaken by our current and new Government clients and other organisations across the public sector in all areas of law across the next three years and beyond.”
