With staff shortages effecting a number of Queenstown businesses, we are seeing employees working increased hours and taking on more extensive workloads. Some employees are being promoted perhaps earlier than planned. This seminar will cover:

  • The responsibilities of an employer when it comes to employees’ hours and workloads.
  • Responsibilities when promoting staff and building a resilient team
  • How do you manage employees who are calling in sick all the time?
  • What if an employee is away for a long period of time because of an injury or illness?
  • What obligations does an employer have when it comes to an employee’s mental health?

Fiona McMillan, Employment Partner at Lane Neave, and Kim Arnold, People Consultant Partner at Brannigans, will be covering all aspects of an employer’s obligations when it comes to employees’ wellness and health and safety.

This seminar is designed for business owners, HR professionals, management, directors and anyone else seeking in-depth knowledge on recruitment issues in 2023.

There is no charge to attend, but places are limited so you will need to register early to avoid disappointment. Light refreshments will be provided.
